These Terms and Conditions govern the use of playspheris.com and the charter services provided by Playspheris. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Playspheris arranges yacht and boat charter experiences in Malaysia, including private charters, sunset cruises, island-hopping itineraries, and related concierge services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance of proposal terms and receipt of required payment.
  • Deposit and final payment schedules are specified in each charter quotation.
  • Failure to complete payment by stated deadlines may result in booking cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation conditions vary by vessel and charter package and are detailed in your booking confirmation.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to vessel availability and operational feasibility.
  • Safety-related weather disruptions may require itinerary adjustments or rescheduling.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to act responsibly and follow crew instructions at all times. Unsafe behavior, damage, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund where legally permitted.

5. Safety and Operational Authority

The vessel captain has final authority on route decisions, safety protocol, and operational changes. Charters may be modified to protect guests, crew, and vessel integrity.

6. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Playspheris is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, force majeure events, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for personal belongings brought onboard. We recommend minimizing high-value items where practical.

8. Medical and Special Requirements

Guests should disclose relevant medical conditions, mobility requirements, or dietary constraints in advance so appropriate arrangements can be considered.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, and design elements are the property of Playspheris unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be handled through the appropriate legal channels within Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
